Building upon two of Brookstone’s Core Values, service and leadership, we are committed to a school culture of leadership growth and development. Through Servant Leadership, ample opportunities are provided for students, faculty members, and families to develop and grow as Servant Leaders and to connect with our community and the world. The Blanchard Leadership Institute fosters a school culture of continuous growth and leadership development, both personally and professionally for students and faculty, providing training and resources to facilitate this culture.

The commitment to leadership development is at the heart of our mission as a school and is embedded throughout the school culture and curriculum. As a result of this commitment, we know that our graduates leave Brookstone prepared to lead, serve, and change our world for the better.
