It's a great time
to be a Brookstone Cougar!On behalf of the Brookstone Parents Association, welcome to Brookstone! Whether you are new to our school, new to a division, or returning for another year, we are ecstatic to have you as part of the Brookstone Family and looking forward to finding a way to connect with you!The BPA is incredibly conscious and proud that regardless of age or area of interest, we WILL have an impact on every child at Brookstone. Cougar Nation hosts the annual Cougar Cup, which allows us to support athletics throughout the Upper and Middle Schools. In an effort to boost our support of the arts, the Arts Alliance encourages our students focusing on arts at Brookstone to flourish. The “core” BPA supports every division through community building events, such as the Father/Daughter Dance, Breakfast Under the Lights and Blue/White Day. Through fundraisers such Bidding for Brookstone and the Uniform and Swap Shop, we are able to fill many of our teachers’ wish-lists, giving our students the best technology and equipment available today.I am often asked what makes the BPA so successful and without a doubt, the key component is our willing and enthusiastic volunteers. Whether your strength is organizing an army of volunteers to throw a great fundraiser or a keen desire to flip burgers at the concession stand, we want you to be involved! By filling out a Willingness to Connect Form, you can choose your area of interest and expertise. Volunteering with the BPA is a great way to meet other families, catch a glance of your kids in action at school and truly feel like a part of the Brookstone Family.It is an honor to be your BPA President and I am looking forward to finding a way to connect with each of you in the coming school year.Go Cougars!
ARTS ALLIANCE
The Brookstone Arts Alliance was formed in August 2015 and is charged with specifically supporting the needs of the Brookstone Fine and Performing Arts Department. There is great potential for this alliance in the areas of fundraising, event hospitality, production support, visiting arts and Arts Outreach Programs.
Cougar Nation
The Cougar Nation Booster Club was formed August 2015 and is charged with specifically supporting the needs of the Brookstone Athletic Department. The primary fundraiser for Cougar Nation is the Cougar Cup Fundraiser, a growing golf and tennis event held every October. Funds are also raised with profits from the Cougar Shop Spiritwear, Athletic Event Concessions, Business Partners.

The Brookstone Parents Association (BPA) and what makes us fundamentally different from most other parent associations is our focus on giving back to the children. Our core strength is much more than just a fancy booster club – we raise money and put it right back into the schools via special projects. We not only raise money, we raise community. We host events that bond our school families. We align ourselves with the needs of the school divisions, faculty and administration. We forge business partnerships within our community that impact our bottom and our top lines –our top line being a leader of service within our community.
We couldn’t do this without the best volunteers – you!
